Dr.Dominique Fradin-Read
Dr. Fradin-Read is board-certified in preventive medicine, completed a fellowship with A4M, hold a masters in public health and currently maintains an Assistant Clinical Professor position at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. With her extensive expertise in the field of integrative and lifestyle medicine, she has long had a true passion for disease prevention and patient education. She is committed to excellence in comprehensive healthcare and is dedicated to helping her patients work towards healthy lifestyles and optimal well-being. Her philosophy involves understanding each patient’s needs and combining various state-of-the-art techniques with compassionate care. She devotes all her attention to early detection, prevention, and creating health in all individuals she sees.

Dr. Pejman Katiraei
Dr. Katiraei completed his Bachelor’s of Science in biology at UCLA and then obtained a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. He completed his pediatric residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital and then spent an additional year as Chief Resident to assist in running the residency program and teaching pediatric residents. He is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Katiraei completed his fellowship in integrative medicine under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. In 2007 he founded the Loma Linda University Pediatric Wholistic Medicine Clinic, for which he is still the Medical Director. Dr. Katiraei currently leads the LifeSpan medicine Healthy Kids program at LifeSpan medicine in Santa Monica where he provides integrative pediatric programs and services to parents and children all over California and across the country.

Moshe Ben-Roohi, M.D. is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Board Eligible in Pain Management and Electrodiagnostics. His practice focuses on non-surgical, personalized treatments for painful conditions of the spine, joint, tendon and ligament disorders. Dr Ben-Roohi has helped thousands of people resolve pain and restore normal function without surgery. He commonly treats low back pain, neck pain, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, arthritis of the knees, shoulders, hips, ankles, elbows, feet and hands. He also treats patients with muscle and tendon problems such as Achilles and rotator cuff tendonitis, tennis and golfers elbow.

Nicole Kuhl, CCN
Nicole Kuhl, CCN is our Director of Nutrition and full time health coach. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Winona State University and her Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In addition to her Master’s degree Nicole is certified by the American Board of Clinical Nutrition (CCN). She has directed corporate wellness programs for numerous businesses and has served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Brown Mackie College for the past 5 years.
Nicole has been in clinical practice providing nutrition counseling to groups and individuals for over ten years. Her evaluations include personal interviews, dietary assessments and functional laboratory testing. Through this process she is able to customize nutrition programs that help people reach their goals. Nicole’s programs employ lifestyle modifications, nutrition, diet information and recommendations for nutritional supplementation. She works face to face, by telephone and will work on site to help you or your designee cook, shop, stock your pantry, design recipes, menus and meal plans that will help you achieve your goal of having better health and more vitality.
