Dr. Dominique Fradin-Read
Dr. Fradin-Read is board-certified in preventive medicine, completed a fellowship with A4M, hold a masters in public health and currently maintains an Assistant Clinical Professor position at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. With her extensive expertise in the field of integrative and lifestyle medicine, she has long had a true passion for disease prevention and patient education. She is committed to excellence in comprehensive healthcare and is dedicated to helping her patients work towards healthy lifestyles and optimal well-being. Dr. Bianca Garilli
Dr. Garilli is a former US Marine (1993 -1998) turned Naturopathic Doctor. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Maryland and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore , Washington. Dr Garilli has been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Garilli is an expert in comprehensive preventive care and treating chronic illnesses with natural medicine and lifestyle changes. Conditions she commonly treats include cardio-metabolic concerns (high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, blood sugar dysregulation), gastrointestinal conditions, chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia, and thyroid health and other male and female hormone balancing concerns. Dr. Garilli also frequently sees children for ADHD, autism and other common childhood concerns. Dr. Garilli previously held a staff position at the University of California at Irvine as clinical faculty and as a practitioner at the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine (SSCIM). She was the Director of Lifestyle Medicine at the Institute for Restorative Health in Davis, CA. and has worked with various clinics and groups to develop foundational health programs for their patients including co-creating the Live Longer, Live Better program and the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Ann Cottrell
Dr. Ann Cottrell specializes in non surgical treatments for sports medicine, joints and musculoskeletal issues including spine. Dr. Cottrell has over 14 years of experience in non-surgical joint and spine treatments including an academic appointment as an assistant professor at the University of Utah Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and medical directorship of the chronic pain program at Cypress Rehabilitation center in Visalia, California.
Dr. Cottrell is an active member of the medical community and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Nicole Kuhl, MS, CCN
Nicole Kuhl, CCN, is the Director of Nutrition and Full-Time Health Coach at LifeSpan medicine. Nicole understands that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all nutrition plan for everyone, and tailors each of her client’s lifestyle and nutrition regimens accordingly, taking each person’s biochemical individuality into account when initiating them into a new program designed to help them achieve their healthiest state possible.
She specializes in conducting intricate personal health and diet assessments, utilizing functional laboratory tests to identify deficiencies and imbalances, and creates finely tuned treatment plans involving lifestyle modifications, diet, supplementation and exercise. Nicole also enjoys cooking, and utilizes her expertise in the kitchen to provide specialized menus and recipes for clients to fit their individual preferences, allergies and food sensitivities, and overall lifestyles.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Winona State University and her Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In addition to her Master’s degree Nicole is certified by the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board. She has directed corporate wellness programs for numerous businesses in addition to Medifit/Honeywell, and has also served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Brown Mackie College.
