Dr. Christian Renna
Dr. Christian Renna is a nationally recognized expert in the field of contemporary preventive medicine. Originally from New York, Dr. Renna graduated cum laude from the University of Texas system in biology and chemistry. After working as a biochemist under the Nobel Prize winning scientist Dr. Phillip Levine, Dr. Renna earned his medical degree in Osteopathic medicine cum laude from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed a residency in family medicine and practiced for many years caring for tens of thousands of patients.
Dr. Renna served as Chairman of the Department of Family Practice and Emergency Medicine at DFW Medical Center for more than ten years. He was the youngest physician to hold the prestigious position of Chief of Staff at that hospital and held faculty positions at two medical colleges. Following 12 years of dedicated service to his family medicine patients Dr. Renna turned his attention toward the underlying causes of disease and focused on Preventive Medicine.
Dr. Renna is a popular speaker and authority on the subjects of Preventive Medicine, Peak Performance and Healthy Aging. His book, Balance Your Brain, Balance Your Life reveals his appreciation of the hierarchal constructs that rule each person's body. Dr. Renna lectures to audiences across the United States and abroad. Some of the organizations in which he participates include the AOA, the American College of Preventive Medicine, the Los Angeles Gerontology Research Group and the New York Academy of Science.
Courtney Ridley, M.D.
Dr. Ridley began her undergraduate degree at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington Virginia and completed her program in Biology at Baylor University. She went on to pursue a medical degree and graduated from UT Galveston medical school in 1986. Before and after her medical school training she served as an officer in the United States Navy as an aviator, helicopter pilot and flight physician.
Dr. Ridley has been in private practice for 12 years. Professional expertise has kept her on the forefront of preventive medicine and made her an expert in the field of safe and effective therapies such as the use of bio-identical hormone replacement.
Dr. Ridley’s experience has made her a popular speaker in the Dallas area. She has spoken to medical and lay audiences on such diverse subjects as hormone replacement, detoxification, oxidative stress, and many other topics related to health and wellness. She is an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, ACAM, ACOG, ABOG, USA Triathlon and Dallas Triathletes.
Kristin Stiles, N.D.
Dr. Kristin Stiles earned her undergraduate degree at Binghamtom University in New York. She went on to receive her degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Stiles is a board certified, naturopathic physician licensed to practice primary care in California. After gaining her degree she established the first naturopathic practice in New York and Pennsylvania focused on the early detection and prevention of disease. In 1998 she was recruited by United Health Services in New York to develop a complementary medicine clinic integrating naturopathic, traditional, Chinese and physical medicine. Following her success with United Health Service she developed and directed a weight management program funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Dr. Stiles is a frequent speaker on such topics as weight loss, natural medicine, nutritional therapies, cardiovascular issues and wellness. She is an active member of the American and California Association of Naturopathic Doctors and has published numerous articles in popular magazines. She has also appeared on radio and television programs in New York State.
